Shipping policy

Digital Download products will be delivered via download link to your e-mail address. Please be sure to check the spam folder or contact me at dollphinwing@gmail.com if you need assistance.

Items will be shipped using the service you choose at checkout (USPS or UPS) and all orders come with a tracking number. To avoid delivery issues, please use your full legal name when inputting the shipping address.

Shipment days are usually Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Some items are made to order and will not be shipped immediately. Please look at the product description to see processing times and order accordingly.

When shipped, orders generally take 3-5 days for delivery within the U.S. using standard ground shipping.
International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
